I did a early morning hike in a local area which I had only visited in the summer. Then I was there for the beech woodland. The location turned out to be the perfect spot for magic winter scenes. The combination of ice cold temperatures, sea fog and light was an amazing experience.

I thought I make a blog post about the trips and photos I like the best from the last year. For me the photos are all about the story behind. It`s difficult to pick the right photos too so I will also link to relavant blog posts and too my new youtube channel which could use some help ;)

We have had some really cold winter days in my local area. It`s been - 15 to -22 degrees. Cold temperatures before the lake is frozen can produce some amazing conditons and moody scenes. The combination of sea fog and low sun make changes the landscape. The photos below are mostly from last saturday and sunday.

Well winter was here 8th october when I had one quite special night in Døråldalen,Rondane National park. It was special in every way..more of that later. So we rented this small cabin and headed north to Rondane. It had been some snow for a few days but nothing much except in the mountain peaks.
